Our design process is rooted in collaboration and communication. As a full-service interior design studio, we look beyond decoration alone. We evaluate spaces holistically, often recommending architectural enhancements and thoughtful layout changes to
ensure a home feels cohesive and complete before a single piece of furniture is placed. We work closely with trusted architects, builders, artisans, and trades to deliver a seamless experience from concept through completion.
True Elements Design was founded by Jennie Kenneway and Caitlin Piccuirro, whose shared passion for design grew from building and renovating homes of their own. Seeking spaces that could support busy, full lives while still feeling elevated and intentional, they coined what has become the studio’s signature approach:

Jennie Kenneway and Caitlin Piccuirro are the co-founders of True Elements Design, brought together by a long-standing friendship and a shared belief that homes should be both beautiful and deeply functional. Their design perspective was shaped through building and renovating homes of their own, giving them firsthand insight into the importance of thoughtful planning, durability, and timeless design. With a natural creative partnership and years of hands-on experience, they approach each project with intention, empathy, and a refined eye for detail.
With six children and two dogs between them, Jennie and Caitlin understand what it means to live a full, busy life—and to crave spaces that feel calm, welcoming, and restorative. Their collaborative process centers on truly understanding how clients live and what makes a home feel complete, resulting in interiors that are layered, personal, and quietly luxurious. Every space they create balances polish with comfort, offering homes that work beautifully for everyday life while remaining elegant, enduring, and unmistakably personal.
