HOUSE OF STONE

The homeowners embarked on a major expansion of their home to better support life with a growing family, doubling the size of the house while wanting it to feel cohesive and intentional rather than like an obvious addition. Their priority was functionality, flow, and comfort, with spaces that could handle the pace of daily family life while remaining thoughtful and well considered in both layout and detail.

Working closely with the architectural and construction teams, we helped shape a purposeful floor plan that integrates seamlessly with the original home. The full-scope project included the design of four bathrooms, a welcoming entryway, a butler’s pantry and bar, laundry room, mudroom, family room, and exterior stonework, along with the selection of all plumbing, hardware, and lighting throughout. Every space was designed with a busy family of four in mind, balancing durability with warmth and creating a home that feels cohesive, livable, and thoughtfully tailored from the inside out.
